Anthony (Tony) Masztak, a Senior Manager with Gleason & Associates, provides project management and analysis for a full range of accounting and consulting services in the areas of fraud and forensic investigations, litigation support, intellectual property engagements and financial reorganization.

Tony's experience in fraud and forensic engagements includes investigation and calculation of losses caused by allegedly fraudulent acts, interviews of company employees, and presentations to regulatory enforcement personnel. Tony's litigation support and intellectual property engagements encompass a wide range of industries where Tony has performed calculations of lost profits associated with patent infringement, trademark infringement, and breach of contract claims. Tony's financial reorganization consulting experience includes preparation and evaluation of forecasts and budgets, identifying and implementing cost cutting measures to reduce expenses, and analysis of financial reports.

Prior to joining Gleason & Associates, Tony was a Manager in the Assurance and Enterprise Risk Services department of Deloitte & Touche, LLP. During this time Tony served numerous clients in various industries ranging in size from small, privately held companies to large multi-national, Fortune 100 companies, with a range of revenues from $50 million to $10 billion. Tony has extensive experience with public and private companies in a broad range of industries including utilities, manufacturing, higher education, telecommunications, healthcare, and others. His experiences in these areas include audit and assurance services associated with financial statements and internal control over financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, management and review of SEC compliance and filing requirements, accounting research, management and review of regulatory compliance and agreed upon procedures work.
