Professional Background

Kevin Dadey, a Senior Manager at Gleason & Associates, joined the firm in 2009. Since joining the firm Kevin has worked extensively on valuation and financial damage analysis in litigation support engagements, including lost profits associated with business interruption claims. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin was a senior manager at the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP.

As a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP, Kevin worked with the Assurance and Advisory Business Services group. During this time, Kevin served numerous clients in various industries ranging in size from small, privately held companies to large multi-national, companies, with a range of revenues from $25 million to $7 billion. Kevin has extensive experience with companies in a broad range of industries including healthcare, health insurance, property and casualty insurance, manufacturing, and others. His experiences in these areas include managing audit and assurance services associated with financial statements and internal control over financial reporting of various entities (including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance), bond issuances, mergers and acquisitions, accounting research, and agreed upon procedures work. Kevin also served as a lead instructor at many national and local continuing education trainings related to the healthcare industry, technical accounting and auditing areas, and core staff and senior development.

Kevin's experiences in the areas of risk identification, problem solving, and financial analysis are effective in assisting in the discovery and valuation stages of litigation support engagements. Additionally, Kevin's audit experiences in a variety of industries are helpful in valuation engagements, particularly in projecting future cash flows and assessing risk.
