Professional Background

Matthew (Matt) Gleason, a Senior Consultant with Gleason & Associates joined the firm in August 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked as an assistant vice president in the Investments & Wealth Management Group at Merrill Lynch. Specifically, Matt worked in Product Management with Merrill's Separately Managed Account platform. Matt worked with investment management firms wishing to offer their investment strategies through Merrill Lynch Financial Advisors. In this capacity, Matt assisted in the due diligence process and performed regular business and industry analyses. Matt also participated in the development of marketing materials and the creation of client communications for updates to the Separately Managed Account platform. Matt recently completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. His financial services knowledge adds value to clients with business valuation and financial reorganization.
