Professional Background

Amelia Fatigati, a Senior Consultant with Gleason & Associates, joined the firm in July of 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Amelia spent three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. While in the assurance practice, Amelia participated in the SEC filing process, performed testing in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and was also involved with the SAS 70 audit of a public interest entity. As a member of the tax practice, she was involved in the preparation of fiduciary income tax returns. Amelia's experiences in tax preparation and assurance services have prepared her to become a valuable member of the Gleason and Associates team.
