Our approach:

1. Conduct a comprehensive operations analysis of the business, facilities, equipment, suppliers, labor force, information systems, reporting structures and processes, and key management to identify problems and the critical areas for improvement quickly.
   
2. Perform a financial assessment by analyzing revenue trends, profitability, ROI and cash flows. We will also determine solvency and investigate alleged fraudulent transfers as necessary. Working closely with our in-house certified valuation analysts, we help lenders and companies assess troubled credits and evaluate assets for loan collateral or as a borrowing base.
3. Develop timely solutions, including accountable action plans with financial projections.
4. Help manage the turnaround by continually monitoring progress in implementing the action plan and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
