It was alleged in a class action lawsuit that the Defendant breached a contract it had with the Plaintiffs by charging fees in excess of those allowed under the agreement. Gleason's Role Gleason & Associates was retained to review extensive database software used by the Defendant to manage their customer records and forecasts. Gleason & Associates was responsible for isolating particular customer data, for updating and manipulating database code, and for identifying and correcting potential errors in the database. Results Gleason & Associates utilized its financial and consulting background to build Access and database-driven tools that were better able to assess a firm's position from a legal and economic value perspective. Gleason & Associates also assisted the client in assessing commonalities amongst potential members of the opposing class in the suit, and in assessing its potential liability exposure.
