 Ray Bummer joins the firm as a Director with nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting and corporate environments, both domestically and internationally. He has served the energy/utilities and banking/financial services industries. Ray has extensive experience in the field of risk management, having served as Chief Risk Officer for an S&P 500 company. Additional areas of expertise include mergers, divestitures, and valuation issues. Ray, a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, is both a CFA and a CPA). Ray will deliver specialized financial consulting services to attorneys, corporations, and others by analyzing complex scenarios and expert witness testimony related to litigation, valuation, business restructuring, fraud/forensic accounting, and intellectual property engagements.
